Arrival & Registration
What time does registration open?
Registration opens before the start of the first conference session each morning. We recommend arriving at least 30–45 minutes before the programme begins to allow plenty of time to collect your badge, enjoy refreshments, and meet fellow delegates before the first presentation.
Your joining instructions will include the exact registration opening times for each day.
Where do I collect my delegate badge?
Delegate badges can be collected from the registration desk located at the entrance to the venue.
Please have your registration confirmation available, either printed or on your mobile device, together with a form of identification if requested.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your registration confirmation can be presented electronically on your mobile phone or tablet.
Can I register on the day?
If places remain available, same-day registrations may be accepted.
However, many conference streams reach capacity before the festival begins, so we strongly recommend registering in advance to secure your place.
What happens if I arrive late?
You are welcome to join the festival at any time during the day.
If a session has already started, we simply ask that you enter quietly to minimise disruption for speakers and fellow delegates.
What if I lose my delegate badge?

A replacement badge may be issued after verifying your registration details.
Delegate badges remain the property of the organisers and must not be shared or transferred to another person.
Can I leave and return later?
