FutuHRistIC Festival is organised by BOC Global Events & Training Group. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in FutuHRistIC Festival events, conferences, workshops, networking activities, website usage, registrations, sponsorships, partnerships, and related services.
By registering for, attending, sponsoring, speaking at, exhibiting at, or otherwise engaging with FutuHRistIC Festival, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Event Information
FutuHRistIC Festival reserves the right to update or modify event programmes, schedules, speakers, venues, formats, timings, and related activities where necessary.
While every effort is made to deliver the published programme, organisers reserve the right to make changes without prior notice where required due to operational, logistical, or unforeseen circumstances.
Registrations & Payments
Event registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment where applicable.
All fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms provided during registration or invoicing.
FutuHRistIC Festival reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke registrations where payment has not been received or where participation is considered inappropriate, disruptive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the nature of the event.
Cancellations & Substitutions
Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organisers.
The following cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Cancellations made more than one month before the event start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within one month but more than two weeks before the event start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event start date are non-refundable.
Delegate substitutions may be made at any time before the event by providing the updated attendee details to the organisers in writing.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse substitutions where necessary for operational, security, or administrative reasons.
Speakers, Sponsors & Partners
Speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners are responsible for ensuring that materials, presentations, branding, and content provided do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
FutuHRistIC Festival reserves the right to refuse, remove, or restrict materials, branding, presentations, or participation considered inappropriate, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the nature of the event.
Sponsors, exhibitors, and partners may not imply endorsement beyond agreed partnership arrangements.
Delegate Conduct
FutuHRistIC Festival is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.
Attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, and delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event.
The organisers reserve the right to remove or refuse participation to individuals whose behaviour is considered disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, inappropriate, or harmful to the experience of other attendees or the integrity of the event.
Photography, Video & Recording
FutuHRistIC Festival events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded for promotional, editorial, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes.
By attending the festival, participants acknowledge and accept that their image, likeness, voice, or participation may appear in photographs, videos, livestreams, social media content, media coverage, promotional materials, and future event marketing produced by FutuHRistIC Festival, BOC Global Events & Training Group, media partners, sponsors, exhibitors, or approved third parties.
Unauthorised commercial recording, filming, or redistribution of event content may be restricted.
Intellectual Property
All event branding, website content, festival materials, logos, graphics, programme content, and related intellectual property associated with FutuHRistIC Festival remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit event materials without prior written permission.
Website Usage
Users agree not to misuse the FutuHRistIC website, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious software, interfere with website functionality, or use website content unlawfully.
The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website functionality or content without notice.
Third-Party Links & Content
The website and event materials may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. FutuHRistIC Festival is not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of external websites or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutuHRistIC Festival and BOC Global Events & Training Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the festival, website usage, or related activities.
Participation in the event is at the attendee’s own risk.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
Use of the website and participation in FutuHRistIC Festival are also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Participants acknowledge that personal information may be processed in connection with event operations, registrations, communications, networking activities, and related services.
Force Majeure
The organisers shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, disruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue issues, travel disruption, strikes, technical failures, public health situations, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
