Admission Policy

By registering for and attending FutuHRistIC, you agree to comply with the admission policy outlined below.

Registration Fees 

FutuHRistIC offers a range of registration options for HR, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, and business professionals.

Ticket options and pricing vary according to attendee category and registration period. Early registration is recommended to secure the best available rates. All registrations are subject to approval by the Organisers.

Your registration includes access to the sessions, networking opportunities, exhibition area, and event features included within your selected pass type. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Terms & Conditions.

Badge Usage 

Badges are personal and non-transferable. Attendees must not share, lend, or transfer their badge to another person. Any misuse of event credentials may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Admission Eligibility

FutuHRistIC is designed for professionals working within HR, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, Workplace Culture, and related sectors. The Organisers reserve the right to review registrations and determine attendee eligibility.

Age Restrictions

Attendees have to be over the age 18.

Animals 

Animals are not permitted within the venue, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

Event Conduct 

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event. The following activities are prohibited without prior written approval from the Organisers:

  • Unauthorised solicitation or canvassing
  • Distribution of promotional materials
  • Disruptive behaviour
  • Harassment of attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, or staff
  • Activities that interfere with the operation of the event

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

Data & Badge Scanning

 Attendees who allow exhibitors, sponsors, or partners to scan their event badge consent to their contact details being shared with that organisation for follow-up communications. Any subsequent communications will be governed by the privacy policy of the receiving organisation.

Dress Code 

Business, business casual, or professional attire is recommended throughout the event.

Exhibitors, Sponsors & Speakers

 Approved exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, media representatives, and event partners will receive the appropriate event credentials as part of their participation or partnership agreement. Access rights will vary according to participation type.

Event Opening Hours 

FutuHRistIC will take place from 17–20 November in London. Detailed opening times for delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and partners will be published closer to the event. Registered attendees will receive all relevant arrival and access information before the festival.

Photography & Filming 

Official event photographers and videographers will be present throughout FutuHRistIC. By attending the festival, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and other media captured during the event may be used by the Organisers for promotional, marketing, editorial, and commercial purposes, including use across websites, social media channels, digital communications, and future event materials.

Attendees who do not wish to appear in official event photography or filming should notify the Organisers in advance or speak with a member of the event team onsite.

Professional, commercial, or media photography and filming are not permitted without the prior written consent of the Organisers. This includes the recording of conference sessions, workshops, presentations, and exhibition areas for commercial purposes. The Organisers reserve the right to request the cessation of any unauthorised photography, filming, or recording activities.

Admission Rights

 The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, cancel registrations, or remove attendees whose participation is deemed inappropriate or contrary to the interests of the event. All attendees must hold a valid event badge to access the festival.
