Ahmed Salah

Ahmed Salah is the Global Head of Human Resources at Oxford Economics, a leading global advisory and forecasting firm. Based in London, he leads the HR function across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, supporting the business through growth, transformation and change in a complex and fast-paced global environment.

With nearly 20 years of international HR and people leadership experience, Ahmed has worked across global organisations, supporting business growth, leadership development and international expansion. His work focuses on building high-performing teams, strengthening organisational culture, leading people transformation and helping leaders navigate change with clarity.

Before joining Oxford Economics, he held HR leadership roles at CDP and Alfanar, a multinational engineering group operating across EMEA.

Ahmed has spoken at events across the UK, Europe and the Middle East on leadership, strategy, organisational effectiveness and building collaborative cultures across borders.
