Brooke Hobson-Jones leads Internal Communications at Landsec, a FTSE 100 Real Estate Investment Trust with a £10 billion portfolio of retail, leisure and workplace destinations across the UK, including landmark sites such as Gunwharf Quays, Trinity Leeds, Piccadilly Lights and London’s Victoria regeneration.
With a career spanning retail, real estate, operations and corporate communications across three continents, she brings a commercially grounded, pragmatic approach to internal communications in complex, fast-moving organisations. Brooke works closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into clear, engaging communication across digital channels, live experiences and major change programmes.
Her remit includes internal communications strategy, leadership communication, employer brand, culture and employee engagement, as well as digital workplace transformation. She also has extensive experience in crisis and issues communications, supporting leaders to communicate with clarity and consistency when it matters most.
Brooke is a Certified Member of the IoIC and is passionate about mentoring, inclusion and building people-centred communication strategies that help organisations and individuals perform at their best.
