Fiona Yensen is the Founder of Twiga Training & Consultancy Ltd. and the former Head of Wellbeing at the UK Home Office. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience spanning operations, learning and development, culture, organisational change, diversity and inclusion, and workplace wellbeing, Fiona has supported organisations ranging from 500 to over 25,000 employees.

Known for challenging conventional thinking, Fiona encourages organisations to look beyond wellbeing initiatives and address the underlying organisational factors that truly influence employee wellbeing, engagement and performance.
