With over 20 years’ experience across the UK and US, she has worked with some of the world’s most dynamic start-ups as well as established public services, helping shape high-impact communication strategies.

She is now a leadership coach, working globally with senior communications professionals to strengthen their influence and impact as organisational leaders.

Louise has held board-level roles within the NHS, including serving as communications lead to the Chief Nursing Officer for England. In this capacity, she advised on large-scale transformation, health advocacy programmes, thought leadership, and national communications campaigns.
