With over two decades of international experience across India, the Middle East, and the UK, Shalini has built a career advising leadership teams through periods of transformation and delivering communications that support meaningful business outcomes. Her experience includes roles at RSA, GE Capital, Aviva, BT, NatWest Group, and, since September 2022, Arup, where she serves as Head of Internal Communications for the UKIMEA region.
At Arup, Shalini leads a talented team focused on connecting people to the organisation’s purpose and bringing the stories of colleagues, clients, and communities to life. Alongside her leadership role, she is a passionate Fellow of the IoIC, a dedicated mentor for emerging talent, and a strong advocate for diversity of voice within the communications industry.
