Sharon O’Dea

Sharon O’Dea is co-founder of Lithos Partners, an Amsterdam-based consultancy specialising in digital workplaces and internal communications.

With over 20 years of experience, she has helped global banks, law firms, leading universities and multinational organisations make their communication channels, platforms and governance more effective for the people who use them. She previously served as Head of Digital Communications at Standard Chartered.

Sharon is co-author of Digital Communications at Work (Kogan Page), a board director of IABC EMENA, and has been recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice since 2016.
