Tatiana Chagas is a Senior Global Mobility Specialist at PM Group, where she leads international mobility and immigration strategy across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. With over six years of experience in global mobility, alongside a strong background in HR and international recruitment, she specialises in enabling organisations to access global talent while ensuring compliance from hiring through to assignment delivery.

At PM Group, Tatiana was instrumental in building and strengthening the company’s mobility and immigration framework from the ground up, developing robust processes, policies, and compliance structures to support international growth in complex, highly regulated environments. Her work bridges mobility, HR, and business strategy, particularly within the engineering sector and for clients across the pharma and technology industries.

Prior to this, she held roles at global organisations including Microsoft and TIBCO, where she supported international recruitment and global talent mobility initiatives.
